Which purchased product can be return?

When you make purchase of any product from our site you can return purchased product only when below mentioned condition is fulfilled and not otherwise:

  • When vendor has sent you defective items
  • When vendor has sent you item of different size in compare to one you have ordered
  • When vendor has sent you different product in compare to one you have ordered
  • When vendor has sent you product of different design in compare to one you have ordered

Conditions for return

  • You can return your product to us within 4 days of date of delivery (including public holiday or Sunday). No return would be entertained after 4 days.
  • When u have ordered clothes keeping in mind your size and color and vendor delivers the same but you face some measurement issue , then return wouldn’t be entertained.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it, in the original packaging and must be unaltered.
  • Please keep the receipt of purchase or proof of purchase i;e transaction details. No return of purchase would be entertained in case you do not have receipt of purchase or proof of purchase i;e transaction details.
  • Items must be return with tags of OH-YA on it.


  • You can select alternate product in case of defective items delivered. You only need to pay for amount which get after deducting amount of product you return from amount of alternate product. In case amount of return product is more than amount of alternate product then difference of amount will be refunded.
  • Incase if you don’t opt for replacement or alternate products, you would be promptly refunded without any deductions.


  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate further process of refund
  • When the payment is made in cash then the refund shall be processed by mode of NEFT/cheque.
  • OH-YA will make refund NEFT/Cheque only in the registered name of the customer.
  • When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
  • When a refund is to be made due to sizing issues from customer's end then the amount will be refunded in the form of NEFT.
  • We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail. At the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail.
  • In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery. Online refunds will be done in 7 to 8 Business days. COD refunds will be done in 10 to 12 days by mode of NEFT.
